Obviously physics/ chemistry. Agriculture is a good subject but scope for the job is limited. Also, I know some colleges where biology in 10+2 level is a must for agriculture studies. From physics at graduation level, you can select bio-physics in Masters. Similarly, biochemistry for chemistry. Basically physics, chemistry has versatility in the field of higher studies or jobs. But agricultural studies in only one way course. I will strongly recommend P/C.
