Which one is more beneficial: MBA from IGNOU or PGDM from welingkar or Symbiosis?

Hello! MBA from Symbiosis i.e. from its two premier institutes - SIBM and SCMHRD is the best option. Since they rank among the top 20 B-schools in India. Welingkar (Mumbai campus) is the second-best option. -
I think that the PGDM options would be better, if you are a fresher and not settled in a career. IGNOU does not offer great placement opportunities or it's non existent. For a person. Who is somewhat settled in a career, then MBA from IGNOU would help them boost their career prospects.
