Which one is more preferred among B.Sc in IT and B.Tech (Computer Engineering) in today's market?

B.tech being an engineering degree will always value more when you will apply for a job. But you have also to see what interests you more, the designing of softwares/ hardwares or the application of it.

So Bsc IT is good option if I have excellent programming skills

Go for btech CS so that you will get more practical exposure rather than choosing Bsc which focusses more on theoritical.
