Placements: Placement statistics for mechanical were good for the senior batch. 54/56 eligible students were placed. Roles offered were of GET and assistant manager. Roles were related to shop floor and sales in core companies and various analyst roles in non-core companies. Packages offered were from 3.5 LPA to 17.5 LPA. The companies for mechanical were Trident, Amazon operations, ITC, MSIL, Tata, Hero Group, Mahindra, VECV, etc. and non-core firms like KPMG, Absolute Data, MuSigma, BCG, etc. Overall, the highest package was 34 LPA for CSE.
