Which one is preferred to get into Canada universities - TOEFL, IELTS or GRE?
I want to study MS in computer science and my CGPA is 8.1.

Your CGPA is enough to get admission in the best universities in Canada, so GRE is not required, but you can go for either TOEFL or IELTS, Canadian universities accept both the exams.
