Which one is the best among BIT - Patna and BIT - Deoghar?

BIT-Patna is a lot better than BIT-Deoghar.
BIT-Deoghar's cut off is around 6 to 7 Lacs while BIT-Patna cut-off goes approx. 3.5 Lacs rank for gen./OBC/home state.
