Earlier, I would have answered IMED; but BVIMR has improved dynamically in the past few years. It has both better ranking & placement opportunities than IMED. However, if you want to do a specialisation in HR than IMED can a better choice.

BVIMR and BV-IMED, both have their pros and cons. But, I will still suggest BVIMR for the following reasons. BVIM, being in the capital of India have better opportunities and this college was established in year 1992. The faculty is highly experienced. There are numerous opportunities for research projects live projects. The infra is really good and each classroom is equipped with AV systems. The placements in BVIMR are good majorly for the freshers.

Both BVIMR and IMED are equally good institutes in terms of academic performance, placement and overall development of students.
