College of Architecture also ranked 2nd amongst the top 10 government colleges with the lowest fees. Step 1- Registration on CET platform (link is provided above) Step 2 Qualification and Examination Details Step 3 Uploading of Scanned Images Step 4 Fee Payment Step 6 Print out of Counselling Registration Form Step 7 - Reporting at Facilitation Centers (FC) Step 8 - Choice Filling Step 9 - Publication of Merit List The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will conduct MHT CET 2020 seat allotment through a Centralized Admission Process (CAP) in online mode in three rounds. Candidates will be able to check their seat allotment in MHT CET 2020 by logging in using the required credentials. In case a candidate is allotted seat then he/she will have to download their allotment letter and report to the centre to select their preferred option (freeze, float or slide) for the seat allotted. Candidates will have to confirm their allotted seat at the institute, if satisfied. The seats will be allotted on the basis of candidates merit, choice filling and availability of seats.

Both are best in their actual ranking but if you have select one of the college then go with Sir JJ college if you are from HS elsewhere prepare well for SPA Delhi because somewhere you can clear this exam but you have to secure under 900-1000 AIR for this college.
