Hi Rajesh, First of all as Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion about a particular Institute, secondly as there is no public rating or neutral ranking for distance learning programs all are placed equally

ICFAI is better

it depend upon your caliber if you can represent yourself then you can study distance mode regarding your question symbosis is best
