I am not much aware of other colleges, but many of my friends have done their MBA/PGDM from PIBM. And they only have praises for this B-school. As far as I know, they have unique training methods updated and designed as per the industry requirements. They have regular corporate sessions, Mock GD/PIs, Industry Visits, Live Projects, Dual internships, and so on. The students undergo special training in communication and aptitude which is quite essential in this competitive corporate world. Even during the pandemic, PIBM ensured that the placements and internship process continues through online mode.

First of all, decide you are good as a sales person or core finance. If core finance is your cup of tea, then ensure up to 60% marks in graduation as maximum MNC demands. And, profile is not widely available (avoid the reviews as in many cases college coerce to students to write this). If sales is your cup of tea (marketing domain profile is not available generally in tier II MAT colleges), then ensure to have license and 2 wheeler or try CMAT to get better college.

Hi Kanishka, Undoubtedly, both the colleges offer good placements, but what sets Indus Business Academy, Bangalore apart is the fact that here the faculty members do not focus on fetching jobs for the aspirants but build careers of the students. The in house PGDM programme in IBA, Bangalore is designed in a way that it gives the maximum exposure to the students about corporate life and how it functions.
