KIIT is a reputed institution in eastern India. You will get enormous opportunities at KIIT in terms of academic exposure. You may not have the fun and luxury of colleges like VIT & Manipal because the administration of KIIT is very strict. You are not allowed for night-outs. It has recently got Tier 1 Washington Accord accreditation.

KIIT is ranked 37 by NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) 2024 under the Engineering category and Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology is ranked 66 by NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) 2024 under the Engineering category. Both universities are the best universities and offer several professional courses to students. Both of the universities offer great placements to BTech students. Hence, the decision depends on the students which one is the best college or university for them for BTech courses.
