    Firstly, books are not easy, if you have clear concepts, then books are easy. You can prefer Pradeep and Arihant for better understanding, and then for practicing numerical, you can go for HCV, D C Pandey, and others.

    You want the easiest book that too for IIT preparation. HC Verma is the best book. Nothing can replace that. Don't try for the easiest one. You can then go for DC Pandey. But, if you want to crack IIT practice as complex as you can.

    Dear,
    IIT-JEE is itself a tough exam. Then, what is the point to look at the easiest book. It might be the case that you want to understand the concept from easy to tough. Hence, you can refer to NCERT, and then any reference material. But, for the final exam of JEE Mains and Advance, the HC Verma is best. Other books like 'Arihant Publications', MTG Publications (especially monthly magazines) are suggested books. Hope this helps.
