Which one of these have better career options in India and abroad among CA, CWA and CS?
Asked by Manoj Pradhan
-
All the three have good opportunities in India. CS and CA have become too mainstream companies which do face compliance issues which has generated more demand for CA and CS students.
With GST coming in CA students, audit and tax can stand to benefit.
As far as abroad is concerned, CFA-USA is far better with jobs in banking.
Their relevant experience in BFSI sector with 1 year forms basic qualification to get job abroad. -
All the three qualifications are professional certifications & have their own demand in India. Keeping in mind your interest & aptitude, you need to pursue an appropriate course. As far as opportunities in overseas are concerned, neither of the qualification will get you a job, you will have to further pursue relevant qualification as applicable to the said country.

CA focuses mainly on accounts, finance and taxation, CS focuses on secretarial and CWA focuses more on cost accounts. So, first see your interest and opt for the course you are interested in.

Dear Manoj,
All the three courses are professional courses and has equally good career opportunities post qualification. It is suggested that not to choose among these courses based only on career options in future. It is suggested to take your decision based on your interest as all the three course makes a person professionally proficient in different fields.
While CA focuses mainly on accounts, finance and taxation, CS focuses on secretarial and CWA focuses more on cost accounts.
Choose wisely based on your interest.
