Which one option should I focus on more among JEE exam and board exams?

You will get a good college only via JEE Mains or some other entrance exam while it is needed to get 75% to attend JEE Mains. So focus on both. For maths, JEE Mains preparation is just similar to board preparation. While in physics, only derivation is not required in JEE Mains and chemistry is enoug

Yes, if you go through the ncert books, you can cover 75-80% of JEE. S.N. is the best book for JEE and board preparation and it is enough.

Only through JEE Mains or another entrance exam will you be able to get into a good college, and you must receive a 75% to be eligible to sit for JEE Mains. Thus, pay attention to both. Board preparation and JEE Mains preparation are identical in maths. If you choose to opt for JEE Mains, chemistry
