In my opinion, among these, Chandigarh University is the better option for CSE WE have LIMCA book of record having most placement in a year and having higher package among all other universities.
A few reasons for, CU being on top are, it are the NAAC A+ Grade and the fantastic and spacious campus
The fee are affordable and the fee structure is very transparent. The university has a load of experienced faculty
Chandigarh University also offers upto 100% scholarship to the deserving students in any field.
