No doubt, UPES is also a well-known private university but I am not sure about the B.Tech in CSE programme there. Based on my personal experience, I would highly recommend LPU for Computer Science and Engineering. I have many friends who have passed B.Tech in CSE from LPU itself and got placed in reputed MNCs such as Amazon, BOSCH, Cognizant, Leadsquared, TCS, etc. There are a few parameters I would like to highlight for the CSE at LPU. The highest package availed for CSE is 64 LPA as of now. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. LPU provides PEP classes to prepare for the placements as well. Both are good universities. B Tech CSE programme of LPU gives its graduates a competitive edge through robust curriculum and hands-on learning in niche technologies to develop competence which caters to the requirements of the industry. It primarily deals with the development and designing of computer software and hardware processes with strong focus on algorithms, programming languages, program design etc.
The eligibility for the program is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST.

All universities are in place. But as a student of LPU, I would like to mention that LPU is damn better. I already have perspective from all the universities. Rank, education, placement, era and infrastructure in every destination LPU is better. Ranking: If I talk about the rough score, LPU is below one hundred among all private and official universities. What shocked me the most this year is the current bias in the rankings, which once again involves the World University Rankings between all authorities and individual universities. Internship: at most the most defining thing an applicant sees in a university/technical school, even at

As per my knowledge, the study of CSE in LPU is very good, I am saying this because I had done CSE from LPU. As alumni, I can get you about the CSE programme. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Students are being given placement-oriented classes and even company-specific input also. Thousands of LPU students have got placed in top MNCs and are working all over the Globe. The importance of Computer Science/IT cannot be undermined in the current times. This single branch of engineering has undergone a sea change and offers a myriad of career prospects to its students. Lovely Professional University is one of the best universities to pursue B.Tech. To commence with the curriculum, all the subjects you will study, their syllabus is designed keeping in mind the industry demands and company officials vet the syllabus. Different specializations are offered to students depending upon the stream they want to opt for. For example- In CSE, they provide cybersecurity, IoT, data Science, machine learning, and many

UPES is definitely a good university. The B Tech CSE programme is one programme that LPU is known for. Well-tailored course content to meet the global industrial needs, good faculty, and state-of-the-art facilities have left many NITs far behind. The b Tech CSE programme primarily deals with the development as well as designing of computer software and hardware processes with a strong focus on courses related to algorithms, computation, programming languages, programme design, computer hardware, computer software, databases, operating systems, computer networking, etc. That are needed to build and solve problems using computers
