Which one should I go for? I've got a rank of 1700 in JEE Advanced and am also getting cCSE branch at BITS, Pilani.

It is totally up to you which of the college you want to choose. May be for the financial part, or else I don't think there is any comparison. Fees, accommodation, etc. are quiet costly in any BITS campus than IITs. CS is the best branch in BITS. Its very good with regards to placements and foreign internships like IITs and even better than few IITs. If you are in general category, then you are not likely to get admission in IITB or IITD, instead study in BITS Pilani, it will be better.
