Which one should I go for Lady Shri Ram or IP for mass communication?

Hands down, Lady Shri Ram College anyday. Here is the review about it from one of the students:
Some of the points you must know are :
The department has some of the best faculty members in the University.
Regular presentations and assignments are held with good evaluation standards.
Regular talks are arranged by experts which enable you to get a good exposure to your subjects beyond the textbooks.
Scholarships : This is the bestpart of the college's plan to achieve social empowerment. Scholarships are offered to the needy and meritorious students mostly in the form of financial aid to help them receive quality education without having to feel any constraints. After a round of scrutiny, names are finalized and for many( yes many!) students, the entire fees is reimbursed! Isn't that amazing? Many have been able to gather the courage to continue their education despite underprivileged family backgrounds. Scholarships definitely prove to be a boon to them.
LSR has Collaboration with International universities and the application is open to all departments. Thus, by being a part of the college, you get a great platform to engage with a wider community.
Extracurricular experience: LSR students have been known for not just good academic records but also for brilliant extracurricular performances. Societies offer membership to students across departments totally free-of-cost though they might have audition/screening processes (which eventually proves to be a great quality of the selection process; ensures that only the genuinely interested kids join them). You get to meet varied talents from other departments.
Individual freedom: You could be a social animal and want to network a lot. Or you could want to have a silent little corner for yourself for introspection and reading. LSR has a space for each kind. You might not want to join any societies and that is totally fine. Do what comforts you. College library is a readers' hub along with a Reading hall situated on the first level that is a reader's niche. Gives you access to Book from 9 am till 8 pm.
WiFi: LSR also has College WiFi to enable one access to great e-books, online literature and some entertainment sites too( I am not sure if it allows facebook and other social networking sites)
College fest: LSR's annual cultural fest, Tarang, is one of the best in the University. Three days of complete fun and frolic. During my three years of College, I never missed a day!

As per me, there is no such course of mass communication in LSR. However, IP College provides a course of BMMMC which is Bachelors in multimedia and mass communication. This is the only college which offers this course and there are also good placements in this field. Admission in this course is entrance based.

It's definitely a very good choice but your admission will completely depend on the cut off but these colleges are the best.

No. The admission to the courses at IP College is offered on the basis of performance in the entrance exams such as CUET UG and CUET PG. CUET UG is accepted for admission to all the UG courses.
