Which one should I go for: MBA + Cardiff -15 months program or 24 months of PGDM?

I completed my MBA from Indore Bt no practical exposure or skills were developed as we don't have to attend college regularly. I helped my father in the mean while and had made many contributions in departmental stores business. And have learned a lot from it. Now I am confused about what to do?

Both are great but Cardiff would give you an international edge with the foreign culture and grooming experience which can come handy while interviews and can add weight on your resume.
