Which one should I opt choose among SRM- Chennai and SRM-Modinagar for B.Tech CSE?

I got 19000 rank in SRMJEE and I belong to Delhi-NCR.

    Go for Chennai campus.

    You belong to Delhi NCR. The best college in this area is Manav Rachna University and Amity University. Both are well established institutions with 100% placement records and student recognition in the respected area. If you are looking for hostel life, I would recommend SRM-Chennai.
