Which one should I opt for engineering- Computer Science or Information Technology?

B.Tech in CSE and B.Tech IT degrees are equally good with 80% similar syllabus. CSE graduates have better systems concepts in comparison to IT graduates. CSE graduates have a minor edge over IT graduates. CSE graduates get both Apps and System development job whereas IT graduates like MCA graduates

My recommendations in order of precedence are as follows: B.Sc CS, Physics, Maths and Chemistry.
