Here, your interest plays a vital role. If you like chemistry more than biology, you can choose biochemistry for M.Sc, otherwise microbiology is fantastic subject. I am telling this to you based on my experience with microbiology and biochemistry both. All the very best.
  • Hi Subash,
Both are equally good, and it totally depended on your own caliber. M.Sc Micro biology leads to employ in R&D, Pharma industries, Food and dairy, quality control department. M.Sc Biotech leads to employ in Agriculture business, Pharma, QA/QC sector, R&D, Clinical Research etc., in india. M.Sc Biotech has huge scope than M.Sc Micro biology. All the best for your future.

As per my opinion and my knowledge, you must go for M.Sc in biochemistry, as you also know that there is a lot of scope after completing M.Sc Biochemistry today. There is a lot of demand in the field of chemistry like you can go for pharmaceutical industries and many more security course. You can also go for Research.
