Which one should I prefer CSE at PEC, Chandigarh or ITY at NIT, Kurukshetra?

I would say that CSE at PEC is much better than ITY at NIT Kurukshetra. The reason being the placements of CSE at PEC are very good and the department of CSE is also very cool. They have chilled out environment.
