Which one should I prefer? CSE in PEC or CSE in NIT Kurukshetra. My future goal is to pursue MBA or IAS. Please help.

I would suggest you to go for CSE in PEC since placement wise it is better plus it provides you a good city to live in. NIT kurukshetra tag is a plus point over PEC but since you've aiming for MBA/IAS in future.that tag won't really matter much.
