Which one should I prefer for a BBA: Wisdom Faculty of Management Studies or Skywings Academy of Aviation and Tourism and why?

For sure you have to go with Wisdom Faculty of Management Studies, Banasthali University. From my point of view, don't expect much from your undergraduate degree. For success you must to be at least post-graduate. Actually Undergraduate courses cannot be measured upon their ability to provide jobs. However, Banasthali doesn’t have much placement opportunities but if you are really talented and have required knowledge and skills as seemed by the companies you will get placed. There are various companies which regularly visit campus for recruitment but students generally refuse to sit for interviews because of their decision of pursuing higher studies. Although Skywings Academy is not up to the mark hence there is very much less chance to get placement there. Since nowadays Skywimgs doesn't get much attention from various companies to it is worthless to invest money here. However if you want to pursue your career especially in aviation then you may consider them.
