    Both are top B-School of the country in term of infrastructure, placement, faculty and brand name. SPJIMR also have best of placement from the industry as JBIMS. But being a 50 years old Institute JBIMS would be leading the race, leader of the legacy known as "CEO factory", being producing CEO like Chanda Kochar, Uday Kotak and many more top industry leaders presently. So I would suggest doing from JBIMS would be an added advantage, also it has small batch size as compared to SPJIMR so it will be also beneficial for the candidate to excel in small batch as compared to the big batch of SPJIMR.     Both the institutes are of national repute. Being a student Bharatiya Vidya Bhavans SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, I would be able to provide you a better information about SPJIMR. When it comes to academics SPJIMR rigorously focuses on academics with emphasis on providing case based knowledge as well as providing hands on experience of the entire business scenario through simulation studies. The faculty is of international repute and is globally known in their field of expertise. Also we have visiting faculty from international institutions as well as from corporate.

    Definitely you should go with JBIMS because of following reason:-
    1) Placements: It has a strong alumni base. Located in South Mumbai. More than 50 years old institution. Alumni includes Chanda Kocchar, Uday Kotak and many more. Small batch size helps everyone get placed. All big names visit campus from FMCG, Banks, Conglomerates, e commerce & others. Consulting companies are a few that visit the campus.
