Which one should I prefer for a PGPM program: IIM, Ahmedabad or IIM, Bangalore and why?

    Honestly speaking both colleges are good. They both are government top management college and the tag of any college in your CV is good. You can prefer any college after reading this, but keep in mind studying away from home is very hard.So try to take the nearest college.
    Placements at IIM, Bangalore, and IIM, Ahmedabad:-
    At IIM-B PGP 2015-17 placements there were 410 students. About 413 offered were made while 410 offers were accepted. Approximately 150 companies participated.     You can't go wrong with either. Although, if I would have been in your position I would have decided based on the professors, area of expertise and the kind of students that enter (A has more freshers while, B has more experienced batch). Also, depends on the kind of opportunity I am looking at after IIMs (if you want to startup Bangalore would be better).
