GEMS B School offers their students a two-year Earn-Learn - Earn, Work - Study - Work Program. This is a program where, when a graduate joins the MBA program, the student is put on a full-time job on day 1 in their own Resort, Fiesta Resort and Events venue. The course has been designed such that the student gets practical exposure to travel tourism & hospitality for 5 days in a week and classroom exposure for 2 days. I am recommending this to you as it provides internship and outside visit so that the students would be able to understand concepts and gain practical knowledge. With this, they can explore many things. They can also conduct workshops to enhance the personality and level of confidence. -

If you want to get a practical exposure from the starting of your course, the best option is Gems because the course is designed in the way where you will get both practical as well as theoretical exposure.
