Which one should I prefer for an LL.M: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University or The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University and why?

Dr. Ambedkar Law University are both reputed colleges and provide good placement opportunities to their students. GGSIU is better than Dr. Ambedkar Law University but if a preference has to be made, one should consider other factors to decide other than placements. Other factors may include location, fee etc. One need to give weightage to this fact that one college is in the northern part whereas the other one is in the south. External environment affects the performance of students. Make a wise decision by selecting the college which is more suitable and not just for the sake of getting better placements. This may sound clich but the ultimate success is in the hand of the students especially in the field of law.

This may sound cliché but the ultimate success is in the hand of the students especially in the field of law. GGSIU being situated in Delhi has many advantages. Students get all internship opportunities in Delhi. If location is no issue, one should go for GGSIU for sure.

GGS IP is a reputed college located in the capital, therefore affording more opportunities. In terms of placement also, GGS IP has a better standing. Further, because Delhi is the hub of litigation and also a host to major law firms, students have the opportunity to choose from a variety of internships in order to build their CV and get exposure. GGS IP also has a good mooting society, thereby giving the students a chance to take active part in competitions.
