Which one should I prefer for animation courses: MIT Institute of Design or Chitkara School of Art and Design and why?

MIT Institute of Design PhD eligibility criteria is as below:

• MDes/ M.Arch/ MTech/ M.E/ MCA with 60% aggregate at least
• MBA or equivalent with relevant studies in Design field and Bachelor's degree in any field with 60% marks at least
• PG Diploma in Design (NID/ CEPT or equivalent) with first class at UG level
• MFA/ MVA with 70% marks at least
