I can suggest to you one university best in north India with NAAC A+ GRADE. If you want to do B.Com. Why not you go to this university. Chandigarh University has good academic excellence and the best placement record. 25 students from Bachelors degree got placed in Microsoft. Apart from this Chandigarh university has a Scholarship Exam scheme where you are from the middle class and not be able to pay the fees. You can go for the CUCET-2022 exam where you can get the chance to get a scholarship up to 45 crores.

There are colleges under GU that offer B.Com in different specializations. The best ones are here from top to worst:
H.L College of commerce (HL) (both in GU and AU).
L J College of commerce (LJ).
R J Tibrewal College of commerce (RJT).
S M Patel Institute of commerce (SMPIC) (not in GU).
Shree Sahajanand arts and Commerce College.
    C U Shah Commerce College.

Both the colleges are best. But my personal choice will be BMCC, the college is old and very well known. BMCC has its own different culture and lively atmosphere. There are new events coming up all the time and getting into it will surely help you to develop various skills and enhance your talent.

While JEE Main is relevant for specific B.Tech/BE courses, NFSU also offers admissions based on the National Forensic Admission Test (NFAT), merit of qualifying degree, and other entrance exams like GATE for certain programs.
