Which one should I prefer for B.Com: Indira Gandhi National Open University or BHU and why?

Obviously, the one should go with BHU however if you think that you might get fail or something. So, it will be better to go with IGNOU as IGNOU always promote their students in the next semesters even if the students do not pass the exams but later, in order to get the graduation degree they have to clear all the backs. The maximum duration is of 5 years.
