You should opt for economic honours in St Xavier's college Kolkata as it is very well known but it might be very difficult to get an opportunity to study economics in St. Xavier's college. According to my opinion KIIT School of Management (KSOM) is a better choice for pursuing B.com rather to go with St. Xavier's college.
