Well for B.Com go for the best University. Undoubtedly, Chandigarh University is one of the best and highly ranked colleges in North India to get a B.Com degree. Hansraj college is better than any college under Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. Gujarat University, Ahmedabad's level of education is going down. I will advise you to join any college in New Delhi than Gujarat University.

There are two colleges in New Delhi which are very good: 1. Hans Raj College 2. Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC).

For sure, Delhi University is best and north campus is surely best. I would suggest you to go for Hansraj College. It has good reputation, good teachers and good placements too.
