Which one should I prefer for M.Arch: Babu Banarasi Das University or Manipal University and why?

I would suggest Manipal University as per the reviews, it has better Rating than Babu Banarasi Das University. Infrastructure rating in Manipal University is 8.7/10, whereas BBDU Infrastructure Rating is 7/10. Faculty rating in Manipal University is 8.5/10, whereas BBDU Infrastructure Rating is 6.8/10. However, Manipal University is expensive than BBDU, the fees for both the Universities are listed as below: The Fee structure for M.Arch in BBDU is approximately INR 80,000/year that is INR 1,60,000 in total. The Total Fee for M.Arch in Manipal University is INR 2,62,000/. The Manipal University also offers Master of Architecture (M. Arch.) in Urban Design and Development, and Executive M. Arch. in Advanced design. M. Arch is of 2 years while Executive M.Arch is of 3 years. Admission for both the courses is done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and there is no entrance test.
