Which one should I prefer for PGDM : Balaji Institute of Modern Management, Sri Balaji Society's or XIME, Bangalore and why?

Both have their own USPs. XIME is ranked 42 whereas BIMM is ranked 46 on Shiksha. Placements are also similar, as the average package is around 6-7 LPA. But a major difference is the fees, where BIMM has an edge over XIME. It is ranked no.1 in giving ROI (good placement and low fees).

Xaviers-Bangalore is a better option than Sri Balaji. Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship is one among the top class colleges all over India. For getting admission to Xavier's you need to qualify Xavier's Aptitude Test XAT. Xaviers Bangalore- Fees-1000000 /- Major recruiters for XIME are Infosys, Blue Star, TATA Elxsi. Both the campus students will have a good opportunity for placements. All companies are giving a good package as well. The highest package so far in Bangalore is 21 lakhs and in Kochi campus, it is 13 lakh per annum as per information collected from students. Sri Balaji has very good placement cell but it is not that good as compared to Xaviers. The campus of Xavier's is run by experts in the educational field. So I suggest you to take XIME-Bangalore for a better career.

BIMM-Pune and XIME-Bangalore are equally good institutes. Both the institutes are similar in ranking. Some of the important points while selecting an institute - Accreditation of the institute, institute's infrastructure, teaching faculty, specialization offered, past placements records., tuition fees, city preference, and industry interface. As both, the institutes are having the campus in different cities Bangalore and Pune. Industry exposure is good for students in either of the college. If possible a visit to college is better option to get a reality check. Also, get in touch with college alumni's through the social network to get information about the latest changes if any. Hi, I will go with XIME Bangalore, as it is from XAT Group Of Institute. Xaviers are among the best colleges in India and definitely XIME is better than Balaji Institute of Modern Management in terms of placement. Placement Status in 2017: Details:- XIME BANGALORE Percentage of Students Placed- 96% Highest CTC Rs.11.27 Lakhs p.a, Average CTC Rs.6.7 Lakhs p.a, Median CTC Rs.6.5 Lakhs p.a BIMM, Pune Highest Rs.15 lakhs p.a, Average CTC Rs.5,50,000. Infrastructure of BIMM is far better, as it is a covered campus and has everything from gym to even doctor is in the campus. Also, the faculties of BIMM are all experienced professional with 10-15 years of corporate experience. Whereas, XIME campus is little smaller. But, it hardly matters until I have money in my pocket. My choice from among the two would be XIME, as it comes from a Xavier Group Of Institute. I might also go with XIME.
