Which one should I prefer for PGDM program: K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research or SIMSREE and why?

There are several parameters on which these two mentioned B-schools can be judged, and those parameters are: 1. Brand name - SIMSR scores ahead over SIMSREE. 2. Campus life - SIMSR is way ahead and probably offers the best among the B-schools located in and around Mumbai. 3. ROi - SIMSREE is the clear winner as it offers the second best ROI (after FMS, New Delhi) in India. 4. Placements - Both are at par; no significant difference. But considering the ROI, SIMSREE proves to be the clear winner. 5. Industrial exposure - Since both are located within Mumbai, they provide similar exposure. 6. Rankings - Though both belong to the same tier of B-schools, SIMSREE edges slightly ahead over SIMSR. 7. Admission criteria: SIMSREE has a lenient criteria as there are no interview rounds conducted, unlike SIMSR. Bottom line: An aspirant should give serious consideration to both these B-schools and choose SIMSR (if not facing any money constraints).

KJSIMSR is famous for research facilities and excellent placement.Both the campuses are excellent in terms of education. KJ Somaiya Institute of management studies and research. It stands little higher than Welingkar based on placement. Management education is one of the demanded field of education nowadays. A large number of campuses are offering management education.The campuses have excellent facilities. KJSIMSR FEES: APPROXIMATELY 12 LAKHS PLACEMENT: MAXIMUM PACKAGE-10.5LPA, MINIMUM PACKAGE-3.5LPA. They have an alumni network of approximately 1000+ SIMSREEis one among the best campuses which offer quality education.PGDM from a well known campus is very important for a bright future.Having a bright future after studying PGDM is important. SIMSREE: FEES: 1.36 LAKHS PLACEMENT: 3.5 AVERAGE, HIGHEST IS 11 LPA. SIMSREE is also famous for their qualified faculties.They have faculties with great experience in the field of teaching.Both the campuses offer education based on updated syllabus.Also management education decides one's careee based on how he achieve new skills and knowledge. These two campus offers additional certification and excellent placement package.Both are very famous but KJSIM is bit on a higher note.
