Which one should I prefer for PGDM: Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, Bangalore or ITM Business School, Navi Mumbai? Why?

While both of the colleges are quite comparable in terms of placements, Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, Bangalore has a slight edge over ITM Business School, Navi Mumbai in terms of reputation and rank index.
But, if you are from Mumbai, I will advise you to take up ITM, Navi Mumbai as the placements are almost equal for both the colleges and the ROI will be pretty decent for ITM.
The average placement for XIME is around Rs 6.4 lakhs while the average placements for ITM come to around Rs 6 lakhs.

8 years agoXIME, Bangalore and ITM Business School, Navi Mumbai are equally good institutes. XIME is better ranked than ITM. If you are looking for MBA-Marketing than ITM has an edge. Both are very good college in terms of location whereas ITM is in Mumbai and XIME in Bangalore. The fee of ITM is about Rs 9 lakhs for PGDM and Rs 16 lakhs in XIME for PGDM.
Both the college offering average placement of about Rs 8 to Rs 9 lakh per annum, but the highest package from XIME is about Rs 26 lakh per annum and from ITM is about Rs 17 lakh per annum. Considering the relationship of XIME with XLRI Jamshedpur, it gives it a brand value more than ITM as XIME is sister concern of XLRI and comes under the institute for XAT.
