I think NFTI is a better option, as it offers good placements like Indigo, which offer good amount of money (INR 30 Lac per annum) in starting.

Clearly, you should prefer NFTI, because Pailan Aviation Institute - Kolkata does not provide Pilot Training at all.

You can take out your own difference. Generally, it depends on both merits and demerits. I would suggest you to take NFTI:
    NFTI, Gondia:
Established in 2007, CAE Oxford Aviation Academy, Gondia, also known as National Flying Training Institute is one of 9 CAE Aviation Academy flight schools around the world. NFTI Gondia's training resources include a fleet of well-maintained Diamond DA 40 and DA 42 Aircrafts, well equipped simulators, classrooms, instructors, etc. With their CPL training program meeting the ICAO and DGCA standards, NFTI places more cadets than any other flying club in the country.
NFTI is only flying club in India to run

The clear winner in this comparison is National Flying Training Institute (NFTI).The simple reason being that they have very specialized cadet program of Indigo that offer direct experience.
Secondly, Pailan Aviation Institute - Kolkata is known for their courses in Aircraft maintenance engineering and not pilot training.
The experience at NFTI is one of its kind, the pilots are highly resourced candidates who teach and the best aircraft are used for flight experiences.
This helps gives kick start to the career of the students aspiring to be a pilot.
