Hi,
Fee structure of all three colleges is same and is around INR 1 lakh 70 thousands .I would like to suggest to choose colleges in this order:
1. RVCE, BANGALORE
2. Ms Ramaiah
3. BMSCE

The fee structure of all three are the same, go through CET or COMEDK. They are all very good colleges and are autonomous colleges. So, you can choose any college.
If you go by rankings then RV, BMS and MSRIT.

M.Sc Ramaiah college is a well reputed college and has good placements, faculty and facilities. The fees per year is 21,750. -
Ramaiya will be 38 lakhs. BMS around 26 lakhs.
