Which one to choose: regular MBA from IP University or regular Japanese from DU plus correspondence MBA?

Both the courses are equal in the eyes of degree and certification perspective. But As per your question, you need to be very much clear that why are you looking for MBA. Regular MBA from IP University will be more beneficial as compared to correspondence MBA because it will help you finding a good career option and a good starting. The first placement matters a lot in case of career growth and advancement.

Japanese language course from DU will not help you much in your career. In fact, you can learn Japanese language any time by doing a certificate course. Correspondence MBA doesn't have much value in terms of career.
