I thought Pune Institute of Business Management is good for pursuing your career in PGDM. "PIBM" is the Torch Bearer for the ones who want to make their Dreams come true. It's the place which gave wings to your dream.The USP of this institute is that it not only provides the domain knowledge but also the required communication skills of the corporate levels, basic "Business Etiquette's", interactions with different corporate and also the additional "Aptitude Training" which is really helpful in the time of placements.it is an institution where they not only focus on the placements but they also puts emphasis on the skills which are necessary for any job profile.

It is not always about the placements and other things, but PIBM is doing the most important thing that the experience, exposure and knowledge from professors who are the best in what they do, for instance type in google-'Prantosh Banerjee' and you can see who that person is and there are many to talk about. Another person to look for is 'Ajit sahane' no doubt you will get the best of placements, it is the thing that PIBM will train you in all ways possible. From the very first semester, they will groom you and also they train you in subjects like aptitude, communication etc. ,which are not taught in any other institute.

PIBM - symphonic conductor, it indulges some of exceptional qualities like their training pedagogy, industrial visits, live projects and the winter internship programme and summer internship programme, which attracted me towards the institution. Currently I am pursuing PGDM, the acquisition of knowledge and skills through the training procedures, aptitude classes and communication classes I have learned not only the theoretical but also the practical aspect of the subjects and have been enhancing my skills day by day. I believe that I have chosen a right path for my future.

In my opinion for PGDM course, you should go for Pune Institute of Business Management (PIBM). As per the industry requirement, PIBM upgrades the curriculum of PGDM course every year. So PIBM gives you the overall corporate environment from the very first day of your college. And the Placements, faculty members are very good at PIBM.

IIEBM fee is around Rs 7.75 lakhs. Major recruiters of IIEBM are Infosys, Accenture, l&t finance, Adobe, Oracle, Bajaj financial services. The average salary package in the previous year accounts to Rs 8 lakhs per annum and more. IIEBM has top class faculties. They also have a strong alumini network of around 1000+. Their brand is very famous. PIBM is ranked 64 all across India with a fee structure of around Rs 7.5 lakhs. They offer a placement of around Rs 11 lakhs per annum highest and average around Rs 4.5 lakhs. The alumni network of PIBM is less as compared to the IIEBM. The campus of IIEBM is small compared to PIBM. The major recruiters are startups. Both the campus have international tie-up but IIEBM stands a little ahead in international relations. So I suggest you to go with IIEBM for a better and safe career.

PIBM, Pune is a great college to pursue your post graduation as it mainly focused on the practical exposures given to students of corporate world by providing winter as well as summer internships and the faculty members are just awesome as much I feel. They are so co-operative and highly skilled & talented which motivate you to work hard as they still do their research work after being a professor. Its a good place to gain knowledge and improve your skills but yes the schedule is quiet hectic and it will be little bit difficult to pace with that otherwise its good from every perspective.
