both are valuable. but BCA are completely job based course. for gain good job I suggest to do BCA . all the best.

Both, BCA and as well as B.Sc IT are technical courses that can offer a better job opportunity to students.
Key differences between BCA and B.Sc IT:
BCA students are involved more in computer applications whereas B.Sc students can have advanced job opportunities in internet technology and database

B.Sc. IT is the preferred course, but you can also pursue BCA to become an ethical hacker because both the course have good scope and provide you with enough knowledge about computer and it's applications.

BCA is more productive and favorable for getting jobs in the corporate sector; while B.Sc. IT is more suitable for making careers in the academia and disciplinary research.

That totally depends on what you wanna do after graduation. I mean if you want to work for a company as a developer then you should opt for BCA but if you want to be a professor then B.Sc. is a good option for you. It doesn't mean that you cannot work for any company after B.Sc. But you have to work
