Which one will be better option in terms of salary and education? I have converted both IMT PGDM Ghaziabad and IMI New Delhi PGDM.

Hey Ishita :) I can tell you about IMT but not IMI as i do not have a first hand experience of the processes inside that college. First off when i talk about education what i mean is the thought clarity the professors can provide you because at the end of the day you'll have to do your reading yourself in the areas of your interest (We have an awesome library). The methodology used in IMT is case based, wherein, you will be required to go through a real life case scenario and then understand the fundamental concepts involved. You can approach any professor after taking appointment (that's just the official way) and i believe many professors do take an active interest. Secondly, salary is not a given. What i mean is that if i tell you you'll easily flow through and get a 11 Lpa in the end, i would be fooling you. But yes, there are many students who get attractive salary packages but due to the high batch size, it is not true for everyone. There are many packages which go above and beyond the figure i quoted above but then there's an other side to the story as well. I hope the information is of some use to you. Best of luck :)
