Dear Drishti,
You cannot compare Engineering Degreee i.e., B.Tech with B.Sc.,Computer Science. There is a huge Placement opportunies for B.E., compare to B.Sc. If you want to do B.Sc., then please think for doing M.Sc., IT also which will boost your knowledge as well as Placement opporutunities.

Computer Sc will have more placements opportunities rather dan B-tech.
