I would recommend you B.Tech (Hons. ). With specialisation only if you are interested in the specialisation offered for the programme, otherwise, you can choose B.Tech (CSE) normal, and can choose specialisation in the 2nd year as per your interest. The main difference between the specialisation course and normal course is in specialised CSE stream, specific subjects related with specialisation is taught. So it would be best to take CSE over CSE with specialisation.
