Which one would be a better option- Going for TCS as a Process Associate job or going for M.Com?

My dear friend, I will suggest you to join TCS and then continue your M.Com via distance mode because you know that how difficult is it to get a job in TCS. -
Going for higher studies will be better. In case, of going to job, you will not get higher post because you are just a graduate.
