    Hello Somesh,
    I think metallurgy at NIT Jsr is good. NIT Durgapur is good for civil and NIT Silchar is the best for chemical.
    I don't have any idea about IIEST Shibpur.
    By the way, you should choose your institution and course according to your own personal interest.
