Which one would be better among ME and MBA?
I am currently working in IT after completing my Bachelors degree in electronics and communication engineering.

If you are interested in MBA IT or M.Tech IT, then go and pursue it, but only from IIMs or IITs, after that your lifestyle, pay scale, career will be top position. Else, stay in job for at least two years and prepare CAT or GATE side by side.
