Which one year course should I do in New Zealand to work there? I have completed my B.Tech (ECE) in 2014.

You can do any Level 7 diploma. on completing this you will get one year work search visa. Once you get a job you will get 2 year work permit. Once you get work permit you are eligible to apply for PR. As level 7 diploma is UG diploma you can select some business diploma.
